We're a mother/daughter team, passionate about wellness and helping our community maintain functional, pain-free bodies.
I fell in love with helping people feel better over 20 years ago. Starting as a Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor, I soon found that many people were suffering with chronic pain and didn't have the tools to fix it. This led me to become a Certified Postural Alignment Specialist using the Egoscue Method to help clients feel and move better. After 10 years in wellness, due to frequent moves as an Air Force Spouse, I made the shift back to the Federal workforce. Thankfully, after 20 years of Federal Service, I'm so excited to do what I love and, even better ~ to partner with my daughter to help folks look, feel and move better is the best gift a mom could ask for.
I recently earned my certification as a Level Two Fascial Stretch Therapy ( FST™ ) Practitioner as well as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. I'm also certified in Myofascial Release using the Fascianator Method. I'm working with clients at Crossfit Kaneohe and at our home studio in Haiku Village.
My journey with health and fitness really began watching my mom work with people as a personal trainer, and later as a Postural Alignment Specialist. I saw the impact she had on the quality of life of her clients and always hoped I could follow in her footsteps.
In 2014, I graduated from CU Boulder with a BA in Integrative Physiology. Health and fitness was more of a hobby for a bit while I worked office jobs. Then in 2021, I graduated with my Esthetician license.
I started learning about fascia from my mom because I had severe back pain and numbness that doctors couldn't help with. I was finally able to heal myself and feel better than I did, even as a kid. I've since been certified in myofascial release, and corrective exercise.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to help others in their healing journey, and for the opportunity to work with my mom in our beautiful Kaneohe studio!
